Working memory on the GPU. Capacity can limit whether a workload fits, but more VRAM does not automatically mean more speed.

CUDA cores

Parallel processing units in NVIDIA GPUs. Core count is architecture context, not a universal performance score.

CUDA

A general GPU compute backend. Results using CUDA should preserve that execution context.

OptiX

NVIDIA's ray-tracing-oriented acceleration stack. An OptiX result is not automatically comparable to a CUDA-only result.

Render time

Measured wall-clock or benchmark runtime for a specific workload. Lower is faster only when the test conditions are sufficiently comparable.

Farpy Score

A benchmark-specific score. It belongs to the frozen benchmark contract and should not be treated as gaming FPS or universal GPU quality.

Variance / CV

A repeatability measure across multiple runs. One result cannot establish variance by itself.

Evidence grade
